In-house physical test lab
We back our numerical work with a dedicated test lab: 50 kN tensile machine, 100 kN fatigue machine, strain-gauge instrumentation, optical and thermal cameras.
Econ Simulation is an independent European simulation engineering office. From Budapest, our 40+ engineers deliver structural, thermal, fluid and multiphysics analysis to OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across automotive, aerospace, railway, space and defence.
Talk to an engineer arrow_forwardEcon Engineering Kft. was founded in Budapest in 2002 as a Hungarian engineering office focused on finite element and boundary element methods. Over two decades we grew from a small analysis team into a 90+ engineer organisation with subsidiaries in Germany and the United States, and dedicated units for simulation services, software distribution, industrial automation and IT security. Along the way we became one of Central Europe's most established Ansys and Moldex3D partners.
Econ Simulation is the simulation services arm of Econ Engineering. Our 40+ engineers work as an independent engineering partner. We deliver the deep-physics analysis that OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers rely on when rules of thumb reach their limit: fatigue, crash, CFD, NVH, composites, multiphysics. Whether the task is a single component analysis or a full simulation methodology built up for your team, we bring two decades of solver expertise, our in-house test lab and our HPC cluster to the problem.

We use large fatigue models, CFD problems with fine meshes, and transient crash simulations. Our on-premise HPC cluster runs jobs that would take days elsewhere in hours, without exposing your CAD or IP to a third-party cloud.
As an Ansys Channel Partner for over two decades, we have implementation-level knowledge of Fluent, Mechanical, LS-DYNA, HFSS and the wider Ansys stack across hundreds of projects and training thousands of users.
Our team was awarded the JEC World Innovation Award in the Automotive Process category (with Evopro Systems Engineering Kft. and HD Composite Zrt.) for developing a short-cycle T-RTM thermoplastic composite production process.
Crash, NVH, fatigue and durability, e-mobility integration. Long-term partners include BMW and Magna Steyr.
Structural certification, thermal management, composite failure, aeroelastic response.
EN 13749 fatigue verification, EN 15227 crashworthiness, EN 12663 static and fatigue analysis. Delivered for Ganz Motor and other CEE rail OEMs.
